We all know the benefits of physical exercise, although far too often we neglect our mental health. The percentage of UK adults reporting significant mental distress was at 20.7 % prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic, and rose to 29.5% shortly thereafter. This was combined with 25% of people reporting problems sleeping that same timeframe, a 9% rise in that same timeframe.

Where do we start?

Our services range from group mindfulness sessions, which teach us to embrace our mental health and adapt useful techniques to help us cope with the stresses and pressure of day to day life. Right through to personal 1-1 telephone counselling and trauma response services.

Our specially designed workshops provide peace of mind for employers. Our introductory packages help to create an awareness. Whilst our ongoing support ensures that mental health remains in the forefront of their minds.
